MISSION STATEMENT

The mission of Argus High School is to provide each student with new opportunities and alternative paths to fulfill his/her unique potential.

ARGUS HIGH SCHOOL:
- was established in 1968
- was named in a student “name the school” contest in 1969
- has a dragon for a mascot
- is a California Model Continuation School
- is accredited by WASC

SUCCESSFUL ARGUS STUDENTS

- Maintain regular attendance and arrive on time.
- Are prepared to start promptly after the bell.
- Do quality work for the full period.
- Follow the teachers’ instructions and directions.
- Demonstrate a cooperative and positive attitude.
